St George's has always listened to the views of our clients, and as a result we have introduced Vets 2 You. We have found that many clients rely on lifts, buses and taxi's as their only means of transport. Having children in tow can also be a handful or are you housebound or find it difficult to get about? If any of the above sounds like you then let us help you. That said, if you would just prefer to have the vet come to you rather than you travelling to the vet, then you don't need any other reason to give us a call!
We provide a service where the vet will come to your home and give your pet routine treatments and consultations without the need for you to leave the house! In the unfortunate situation of your pet needing an operation, we have the back up of the main hospital at Wolverhampton along with facilities for routine operations at both Sedgley and Albrighton surgeries.
Running a mobile service is not new to St George's. We have been providing a very successful mobile service for our clients in the Stourbridge area for 18 months now and the feedback is excellent. The mobile service now covers most areas surrounding all of our sites. No fuss, no parking, no traffic, just let the vet come to you. We can also deliver food or repeat prescriptions, all in our fully equipped animal ambulance.
