Inward referral

Many of the practices that use us to cover their out of hours work are acknowledging our facilities and the capabilities of our staff.

We are seeing an increasing number of local practices that are referring their clients to our main hospital for further, advanced investigation work and treatments using our modern and most up to date facilities.

Patients coming from a referred practice can be collected and returned via our animal ambulance alongside any medical history from the referring vet.

Outward referral

Should we feel that your pet would benefit from a specialist opinion we have contacts all over the country to ensure that an early appointment can be made.

For specialist, advanced medical opinions we commonly use Willows referral service which is based in Solihull in the West Midlands. They have a state of the art medical centre that can offer support at the highest level.

For eye cases we are visited every month by a veterinary surgeon from the Leominster based Eye Veterinary Clinic.
